About the Course
Course Summary Reflective supervision provides an opportunity for infant and toddler professionals to receive the emotional support they need to effectively serve children and families. Ideally delivered in groups of 8-10 individuals, each group is paired with a highly qualified reflective supervisor. The reflective supervisor assigned to each group will facilitate thoughtful exploration of the emotional content and significant relationships in each professionals' work-life. In what can be a profession rife with burnout, compassion fatigue, and job-related stress, reflective supervision serves as a safe place for wholesome processing, self-care, and support from someone who understands the intricacies of the field. Learning Objectives: - Participants will gain an understanding of Reflective Supervision Practices, Basics, and Best Practices - Attendees will learn about the implementation of Reflective Supervision and how to mitigate barriers of implementation in their practices. - Attendees will reflect on inter and intrapersonal relationships, and how this impacts their work and personal life.
